Development Finance for Growth
The Invest to Grow Fund has been established to support a wide range of commercial, regeneration, property and infrastructure projects within the Basingstoke and Deane Council area.
The fund will provide finance towards viable development projects within the Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council area. The fund’s primary focus is to support local growth, ensuring the region benefits from improved employment opportunities, enhanced infrastructure and regeneration.
All projects will require a clear exit strategy so that funds can be recycled as efficiently as possible, delivering maximum outputs for the borough.
